Supernatural Beings, Myths, Superstitions

  1. Is superstition enough to ruin a person’s chance at eternal life?

Nephilim.

In addition to the extraneous books, the Nephilim also is taught and without the flaws from extraneous books the error is easy to solve.

1) The context is one with regard to Gods Sons or Ben Elohim, and Daughters of Men, or i.e. Bath Adam.

Genesis 6:1 to 7 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.

These verses when checked with the Hebrew New Testament provide a direct match to the Hebrew words in the Old Testament for sons of God. This would mean that the Sons of God in Genesis were human, not fallen angels.

Romans 8:19 to 21 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

Romans 9:8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

1 John 3:1 to 3 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

1 John 3:9 to 11 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother. For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.

When the Septuagint was referenced for matching Greek in the New Testament text, no precise match was found, this passage here was as near to the exact Greek phrasing as possible but it was speaking about baptized or covenanted humans that became immortal, but does not call them angels. The text calls them “like angels” or ισαγγελοι, this is a different word that one specifically used for instance in Matthew 1:20 αγγελος.

Luke 20:35 to 36 But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.

Thus it is very easy to set truth first and show that Gods Sons are humans. The Greek phrases this as might of the angels.

2) The Hebrew word henephelim הנפלים

Is in masculine form in the Hebrew text. The Hebrew letter ה is a prefix which means “the”. The letters ים define masculine plural to the word. The root of the word is.

H5307 נפל nâphal

BDB Definition:

1) to fall, lie, be cast down, fail

So the word henephilim in the Hebrew is “The fallen men”.

Genesis 4:6 And the LORD said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen?

The word fallen here is naphal, this is the first passage in the bible to use this word, and shows the quality of word usage. The Book of Enoch, which was primarily written, and is not cannon, is used to prove the nephalim existed. The small portions of Hebrew writing found in the Qumran Scrolls are not enough to substantiate the existence of an untampered with book of Enoch, the words available to this text are limited and broken. It does not matter if a person thinks this book came from the Jews, or Etheopians, or was really written by a man named Enoch. According to wikipedia the genetics linking Modern Jews to Etheopian Jews is are genetic markers common to all mankind, and the specific markers for Jewish lineage, is sparse. We have found zero archeological evidence of humans the size of the giants described in the Book of Enoch.

1 Timothy 1:4 Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do.

Titus 1:14 Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.

Fallen Angels

There are many people in Popular Christianity who continue to put faith in the ideas of fallen angels. Let us research out what fallen angels truly are, and seek answers to the critical questions which we ought to ask. In order to do so we ought to find out what angels themselves are, and what qualities they have first, and then find out what, if any modifications happened to them when they fell.

The Hebrew word for angel, מלאך is said mlayk. The Greek has more words for angels than the Hebrew. The words are αγγελος, αγγελον, αγγελω, αγγελου, pronounced aggelos, aggelon, aggelw, aggelou, all defined as messenger, or one who announces. In order to understand the biblical usage let us sort the verses in the table. The most vital item to remember is all angels are the Lords, except if specified otherwise.

There are a few verses in the mix comparing men to angels, in these cases it was easy to tell whether mortal or not. In the case of satan and his angels with reference to their condemnation to hell, the nature of hell requires they be mortal in order to rot, let flies run their course through their bodies, and then burn their bones to ashes in a wood fire. Please read through the section on Two hells, 1 Time Sensative, and for the section on abaddon, who was Mohammad who died years ago. To repeat what was said about hell, Gehenna, the judgement disposal pit for corpses of the slain, does not eternally burn. The word αιωνιον has a singular grammatical morph.

Matthew 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

Things we know about angels; They give promises, commands, can dwell in pillars either of fire or cloud, speak in dreams, call out of heaven, appear in a bush, keep people in the way, have God’s name in them, go before armies, stand in the way to kill those greedy to sell God’s word, set snares for the disobedient, curse people who fail to help God, sit, consume offerings with fire, appear as men, have wisdom, can either cook or cause food to appear, smite troops, destroy cities, have swords, either good or evil, go to communicate for another entity, can be a human, can be seen, converse, or interpret in prophetic vision, can be priests, could be holy, can be invisable, can minister, be safe keepers, can be reapers, can behold the face of the Father, neither marry nor are given in marriage, can be sent with the sound of a trumpet, are not omniscient, can burn with fire, are ordered in legions, decend out of heaven, have a name, deliver great joy, praise God, can be confessed or denied before, stir up pools, can be clothed in white, cannot sever our relationship with God, can view spectacles, can be Judged, are symbolic of women, have their own tongue, satan can look like them, can be cursed for preaching a different gospel, should not be worshipped, have chiefs, are mighty, are specifically chosen, are lower than Jesus, are not called son by God, worship Jesus, are made of spirit and fire, do not sit at God’s right hand, do not rule the world to come, mortal Jesus was a little lower than them, Jesus was not the same nature as them, can be entertained unawares, desire the gospel, are subject to Jesus, can sin, can be cast into hell, do not bring railing accusations before the Lord, can leave their dwellings, have a chief named Michael, are given 7 churches, stand before God, stand, can offer incense, can fly, can be loosed, can stand on water, can open books, fight the dragon, fight other angels, speak with high volume, appear with a curved sword, may have golden girdles, may have golden bowl, might lift great millstones, can stand in the sun, have the same measure as a man, might be of our fellowservants and the prophets, may have the seal of the living God.

God’s word does not teach about how long most angels lived. The bible also contains references to both mortal and immortal. In most cases we can only guess as to the nature of the specific angel. The verse in Luke 20:36 is not as clear cut as it seems. The Greek is more specific than any of the English translations. The truest available translation can be found in the Apostolic Bible Polyglot. The interpretation below is the writers.

Luke 20:36 Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.

Luke 20:36 ουτε γαρ αποθανειν ετι δυνανται ισαγγελοι γαρ εισιν και υιοι εισιν του θεου της αναστασεως υιοι οντες

Ουτε and not γαρ to αποθανειν die off ετι now δυνανται are strong enough ισαγγελοι like angels γαρ to εισιν to be και and υιοι sons εισιν to be του the θεου GOD της the αναστασεως arisin υιοι sons οντες are

And Not to Die now they are strong enough to be Like Angels, and they be sons to God, the arisen are sons.

The issue is the Greek does not match the lexicons or the concordances on the word δυνανται, the primary definitions speak of strength, not equality, and this is a measure of spiritual strength in our walk and lives. If we have inner strength like angels we will eternally be sons to God.

2 Corinthians 11:14 to 15 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

This verse does not mention to fallen angels. The defined “ministers” is διακονοι diakonoi, a deacon or server. The bible does not say they were angels. The word διακονοι and αγγελοι do have one parralel meaning of messengers. This does not mean angels are decons, but rather deacons can be angels. The word diakonoi, decons, is of broader scope than angels. The other places in the bible mentioning diakonoi, decons, speak of them as mortals. Thus if the deacons or ministers of 2 Corinthians 11:14 to 15 are the angels of Revelation 9:12 then those angels are mortal.

John 2:9 When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,

1 Corinthians 3:5 Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man?

2 Corinthians 6:3 to 9 Giving no offence in any thing, that the ministry be not blamed: But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses, In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings; By pureness, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned, By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left, By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true; As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed;

2 Corinthians 11:23 Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am more; in labours more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths oft.

1 Timothy 3:8 to 12 Likewise must the deacons be grave, not doubletongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre; Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience. And let these also first be proved; then let them use the office of a deacon, being found blameless. Even so must their wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things. Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.

Phillipians 1:1 Paul and Timotheus, the servants of Jesus Christ, to all the saints in Christ Jesus which are at Philippi, with the bishops and deacons:

Jude 1:6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

The angels in this scripture, left their houses or domeciles. The context is of Sodom.

Jude 1:7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

The Greek word ws ως, means thus, as, so that, since. The English translation is not conductive to proper understanding. The Greek sentence configuration provides context to for the verses as they are more connected together. These angels were alive and adopted the practices of Sodomite life style while living in Sodom or Gomorrha. They are not claimed to be satans here.

Revelation 12:6 to 9 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days. And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

The verse which the scripture uses that clearly says angels are satans, does not say they are fallen. It only says they are “his” and are cast out with him.

Revelation 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

Remember Revelation is a book of symbology.

Ghosts or Spirits (write)

There are sometimes questions about spirits or ghosts. The Middle Lindell defines the word as an appearance, phantasm, phantom, a vision, dream, a mere image, unreality. There are several bible references to spirits.

Matthew 14:26 to 27 And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear. But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.

1 Samuel 28:7 Then said Saul unto his servants, Seek me a woman that hath a familiar spirit[ventriloquist], that I may go to her, and enquire of her. And his servants said to him, Behold, there is a woman that hath a familiar spirit[ventriloquist] at Endor.

There are times God uses evil spirits for his will and work.

Exo 7:1  And the LORD said unto Moses, See, I have made thee a god to Pharaoh: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet.

Exo 7:2  Thou shalt speak all that I command thee: and Aaron thy brother shall speak unto Pharaoh, that he send the children of Israel out of his land.

Exo 7:3  And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and multiply my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt.

Exo 7:4  But Pharaoh shall not hearken unto you, that I may lay my hand upon Egypt, and bring forth mine armies, and my people the children of Israel, out of the land of Egypt by great judgments.

Deu 2:30  But Sihon king of Heshbon would not let us pass by him: for the LORD thy God hardened his spirit, and made his heart obstinate, that he might deliver him into thy hand, as appeareth this day.

1Sa 16:15  And Saul’s servants said unto him, Behold now, an evil spirit from God troubleth thee.

1Sa 16:16  Let our lord now command thy servants, which are before thee, to seek out a man, who is a cunning player on an harp: and it shall come to pass, when the evil spirit from God is upon thee, that he shall play with his hand, and thou shalt be well.

1Sa 18:9  And Saul eyed David from that day and forward.

1Sa 18:10  And it came to pass on the morrow, that the evil spirit from God came upon Saul, and he prophesied in the midst of the house: and David played with his hand, as at other times: and there was a javelin in Saul’s hand.

1Sa 18:11  And Saul cast the javelin; for he said, I will smite David even to the wall with it. And David avoided out of his presence twice.

1Sa 19:9  And the evil spirit from the LORD was upon Saul, as he sat in his house with his javelin in his hand: and David played with his hand.

1Sa 19:10  And Saul sought to smite David even to the wall with the javelin; but he slipped away out of Saul’s presence, and he smote the javelin into the wall: and David fled, and escaped that night.

1Ki 22:19  And he said, Hear thou therefore the word of the LORD: I saw the LORD sitting on his throne, and all the host of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left.

1Ki 22:22  And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so.

1Ki 22:23  Now therefore, behold, the LORD hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the LORD hath spoken evil concerning thee.

2Ch 18:18  Again he said, Therefore hear the word of the LORD; I saw the LORD sitting upon his throne, and all the host of heaven standing on his right hand and on his left.

2Ch 18:19  And the LORD said, Who shall entice Ahab king of Israel, that he may go up and fall at Ramothgilead? And one spake saying after this manner, and another saying after that manner.

2Ch 18:20  Then there came out a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will entice him. And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith?

2Ch 18:22  Now therefore, behold, the LORD hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of these thy prophets, and the LORD hath spoken evil against thee.

Isa 19:14  The LORD hath mingled a perverse spirit in the midst thereof: and they have caused Egypt to err in every work thereof, as a drunken man staggereth in his vomit.

Rev 16:12  And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.

Rev 16:13  And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

Rev 16:14  For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

(those verses present the idea that god can send a set of lying deceptive stubborn or hateful ideas into peoples hearts, to destroy themselves and other evil men.  This matches with the 3 froglike spirits in revelation.)

In the New Testament the spirit of infirmity, spirit of uncleanness,

Mar 5:4  Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him.

Mar 5:5  And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones.

Mar 9:21  And he asked his father, How long is it ago since this came unto him? And he said, Of a child.

Mar 9:22  And ofttimes it hath cast him into the fire, and into the waters, to destroy him: but if thou canst do any thing, have compassion on us, and help us.

Mar 9:23  Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

Mar 9:24  And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.

Mar 9:25  When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him.

Mar 9:26  And the spirit cried, and rent him sore, and came out of him: and he was as one dead; insomuch that many said, He is dead.

Mar 9:27  But Jesus took him by the hand, and lifted him up; and he arose.

Mar 9:28  And when he was come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, Why could not we cast him out?

Mar 9:29  And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.

Luk 4:33  And in the synagogue there was a man, which had a spirit of an unclean devil, and cried out with a loud voice,

Luk 4:34  Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art; the Holy One of God.

Luk 4:35  And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. And when the devil had thrown him in the midst, he came out of him, and hurt him not.

Luk 4:36  And they were all amazed, and spake among themselves, saying, What a word is this! for with authority and power he commandeth the unclean spirits, and they come out.

Luk 9:38  And, behold, a man of the company cried out, saying, Master, I beseech thee, look upon my son: for he is mine only child.

Luk 9:39  And, lo, a spirit taketh him, and he suddenly crieth out; and it teareth him that he foameth again, and bruising him hardly departeth from him.

Luk 9:40  And I besought thy disciples to cast him out; and they could not.

Luk 9:41  And Jesus answering said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you, and suffer you? Bring thy son hither.

Luk 9:43  And they were all amazed at the mighty power of God. But while they wondered every one at all things which Jesus did, he said unto his disciples,

Luk 13:11  And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.

Luk 13:12  And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.

Luk 13:13  And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.

Act 16:16  And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying:

Act 16:17  The same followed Paul and us, and cried, saying, These men are the servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation.

Act 16:18  And this did she many days. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And he came out the same hour.

Act 19:13  Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.

Act 19:15  And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?

Act 19:16  And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.

Act 19:17  And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks also dwelling at Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.

(make sure to note the spirit of divination, aka spirit of phythos(pagan serpent god), which was cured, no reference to this being a demoniac. )

1Jn 4:6  We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

(the point of all of the passages is Yhvh controls all of the spirits, good ones, unclean ones, lying ones, stubborn ones, evil ones, spirit of hate, spirits of divination, spirits of infirmity, etc. And all of these spirits know of him and his messengers and are sent by him to do his will and make the plan be fulfulled. None of the spirits are controlled by satan, or the devil.  They all have a specific use and were sent of Yhvh for a specific purpose. We worship Yhvh who is both creator and destroyer, maker of good and evil.)

Here is a great example passage of where Yhvh says he will use diseases, infirmities, blindness, and all types of affliction on Israel, and by extension all other covenanted believers, for being unfaithful. If a person were to say in their heart “well Yhvh did not say he would do it with spirits or with his Holy Spirit, so this is not a valid idea.” then perhaps their own unfaithfulness ought to be questioned with a return thought “How do you expect Yhvh to do anything except by the spirit?”  Thus the plead for correct reason is submitted to the reader.  It is by Yhvhs command and will all things come to pass, both the evil and the good.

Deu 28:15 to 68  But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:

Deu 28:16  Cursed shalt thou be in the city, and cursed shalt thou be in the field.

Deu 28:17  Cursed shall be thy basket and thy store.

Deu 28:18  Cursed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy land, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.

Deu 28:23  And thy heaven that is over thy head shall be brass, and the earth that is under thee shall be iron.

Deu 28:24  The LORD shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust: from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

Deu 28:26  And thy carcase shall be meat unto all fowls of the air, and unto the beasts of the earth, and no man shall fray them away.

Deu 28:28  The LORD shall smite thee with madness, and blindness, and astonishment of heart:

Deu 28:29  And thou shalt grope at noonday, as the blind gropeth in darkness, and thou shalt not prosper in thy ways: and thou shalt be only oppressed and spoiled evermore, and no man shall save thee.

Deu 28:30  Thou shalt betroth a wife, and another man shall lie with her: thou shalt build an house, and thou shalt not dwell therein: thou shalt plant a vineyard, and shalt not gather the grapes thereof.

Deu 28:31  Thine ox shall be slain before thine eyes, and thou shalt not eat thereof: thine ass shall be violently taken away from before thy face, and shall not be restored to thee: thy sheep shall be given unto thine enemies, and thou shalt have none to rescue them.

Deu 28:32  Thy sons and thy daughters shall be given unto another people, and thine eyes shall look, and fail with longing for them all the day long: and there shall be no might in thine hand.

Deu 28:33  The fruit of thy land, and all thy labours, shall a nation which thou knowest not eat up; and thou shalt be only oppressed and crushed alway:

Deu 28:34  So that thou shalt be mad for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt see.

Deu 28:35  The LORD shall smite thee in the knees, and in the legs, with a sore botch that cannot be healed, from the sole of thy foot unto the top of thy head.

Deu 28:36  The LORD shall bring thee, and thy king which thou shalt set over thee, unto a nation which neither thou nor thy fathers have known; and there shalt thou serve other gods, wood and stone.

Deu 28:38  Thou shalt carry much seed out into the field, and shalt gather but little in; for the locust shall consume it.

Deu 28:39  Thou shalt plant vineyards, and dress them, but shalt neither drink of the wine, nor gather the grapes; for the worms shall eat them.

Deu 28:44  He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him: he shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail.

Deu 28:45  Moreover all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee, and overtake thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkenedst not unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee:

Deu 28:46  And they shall be upon thee for a sign and for a wonder, and upon thy seed for ever.

Deu 28:47  Because thou servedst not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things;

Deu 28:48  Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee.

Deu 28:49  The LORD shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand;

Deu 28:50  A nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the person of the old, nor shew favour to the young:

Deu 28:51  And he shall eat the fruit of thy cattle, and the fruit of thy land, until thou be destroyed: which also shall not leave thee either corn, wine, or oil, or the increase of thy kine, or flocks of thy sheep, until he have destroyed thee.

Deu 28:52  And he shall besiege thee in all thy gates, until thy high and fenced walls come down, wherein thou trustedst, throughout all thy land: and he shall besiege thee in all thy gates throughout all thy land, which the LORD thy God hath given thee.

Deu 28:53  And thou shalt eat the fruit of thine own body, the flesh of thy sons and of thy daughters, which the LORD thy God hath given thee, in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee:

Deu 28:54  So that the man that is tender among you, and very delicate, his eye shall be evil toward his brother, and toward the wife of his bosom, and toward the remnant of his children which he shall leave:

Deu 28:55  So that he will not give to any of them of the flesh of his children whom he shall eat: because he hath nothing left him in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee in all thy gates.

Deu 28:56  The tender and delicate woman among you, which would not adventure to set the sole of her foot upon the ground for delicateness and tenderness, her eye shall be evil toward the husband of her bosom, and toward her son, and toward her daughter,

Deu 28:57  And toward her young one that cometh out from between her feet, and toward her children which she shall bear: for she shall eat them for want of all things secretly in the siege and straitness, wherewith thine enemy shall distress thee in thy gates.

Deu 28:58  If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this book, that thou mayest fear this glorious and fearful name, THE LORD THY GOD;

Deu 28:59  Then the LORD will make thy plagues wonderful, and the plagues of thy seed, even great plagues, and of long continuance, and sore sicknesses, and of long continuance.

Deu 28:60  Moreover he will bring upon thee all the diseases of Egypt, which thou wast afraid of; and they shall cleave unto thee.

Deu 28:61  Also every sickness, and every plague, which is not written in the book of this law, them will the LORD bring upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

Deu 28:62  And ye shall be left few in number, whereas ye were as the stars of heaven for multitude; because thou wouldest not obey the voice of the LORD thy God.

Deu 28:63  And it shall come to pass, that as the LORD rejoiced over you to do you good, and to multiply you; so the LORD will rejoice over you to destroy you, and to bring you to nought; and ye shall be plucked from off the land whither thou goest to possess it.

Deu 28:64  And the LORD shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and stone.

Deu 28:65  And among these nations shalt thou find no ease, neither shall the sole of thy foot have rest: but the LORD shall give thee there a trembling heart, and failing of eyes, and sorrow of mind:

Deu 28:66  And thy life shall hang in doubt before thee; and thou shalt fear day and night, and shalt have none assurance of thy life:

Deu 28:67  In the morning thou shalt say, Would God it were even! and at even thou shalt say, Would God it were morning! for the fear of thine heart wherewith thou shalt fear, and for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt see.

Deu 28:68  And the LORD shall bring thee into Egypt again with ships, by the way whereof I spake unto thee, Thou shalt see it no more again: and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen, and no man shall buy you.

If carefully examined, almost every demonia or unclean spirit, or spirit of infirmity, or devil is mentioned in this set of curses by the effect is had on the individual. Even leprosy which is not mentioned is included under the disease and plague curses.  This is the real reason why so often Jesus rebukes the people saying things “like faithless and perverse generation” while curing a disease, sickness, mental illness, or something called a devil, and also why He got upset with the Pharisees for accusing him of having and unclean spirit.  The answer is simple, even the spirit which cause the demonia, or sickness, or unclean spirit in the first place was pure, because the cause was of Yhvh.

Daemonia of error [unfinished most was written off]

The subject from a factual standpoint must first be examined in the bible internally, and then the reader should make a choice.  This choice is important and the discernment between the two is the choice between matters of external provable facts, and longstanding religious legend.   In both examples in order to understand the topics of sayir, sheds, daimonia, something must be added to the knowledge found in the bible.  So do we then choose to add archaeological discoveries, contemporary medicine, and the study of psychological aberrations, or popular churchs myths? On one hand is real word dependable provable repeatable fact, on the other are theological teachers who have studied great lengths of time in order to support their individual religious sects, these can be mind numbed in complexity, or alternatively very simple consorts.  The option which has not been mentioned before can also be considered, and this unknown will be covered, this is the third option, probably the accurate option..  In this case, we will attempt to take as simple of a path as possible, though for most at first this will seem complex if taken all at once.  The verse that follows, though a tad out of context, shows how we should learn even the little obscure information.  We start with something simple, and build on it, skip around and find everything on the idea and put it all together.

Word of Yhvh Isaiah 28:9 to 10

את מי יורה דעה ואת מי יבין שׁמועה גמולי מחלב עתיקי משׁדים כי צו לצו צו לצו קו לקו קו לקו זעיר שׁם זעיר שׁם

First lets address what can not be found in the bible.  This is perhaps one of the more forgotten things of the bible is we forget to remember, things not written is fairly important.  This can give a clue as to what direction the bible does teach, and lets us experience where the gaps in our personal knowledge and theology are.

Oddly enough because of the strict word building definition of daemoniacs, these also seem to fall under the realm of spirits, albeit spirits which are unfortunate, evil, or cause some bad or negative effect.  There are no visual physical descriptions of daemoniacs in the bible.  Additionally these demoniacs are always in the context of mental or physical illness which has caused a person either harm or sickness.

Devils on the other hand sometimes but not always have a physical yet not biblical definition attributes them.  These are often based off of Hebrew or Greek words in which a popular traditional theology and popular traditional translation of a specific verse was perpetuated since the time of the King James version.  The typical ideology of devils and daemons dancing in glee in hell fire in modern culture is not taught anywhere in the bible, nor is the idea that they live in hell taught anywhere in the bible.

Science and its teachings about germs and parasites do not exist in the bible, at least not in plan and simple understandable terms.  Though we might think we can assume a set intent of Yhvh we truly cannot assume “cleanness” was about germs and parasites.  The basics of Archaeological sciences which are at basic recordings of where a people used to live and how they lived, can be found in the bible, and in some cases was done in the bible.  Archaeological science itself is not made mention of in the bible as a science, but rather as common facts, this is the most substantial and compatible science with the bible.

Word of Yhvh Leviticus 17:7

ולא יזבחו עוד את זבחיהם לשׂעירם אשׁר הם זנים אחריהם חקת עולם תהיה זאת להם לדרתם

Leviticus 17:7 ולאand not יזבחוwill sacrifice they[do] עודcontinue your את?[I will of] זבחיהםsacrifice their לשׂעירםto/for she goats אשׁרwho/which/what/that/ הםthey[these] זניםkinds אחריהםfollow their חקתlaw עולםancients eternal תהיהyou/they will be זאתH2063 להםto for those[they] לדרתם׃for generations you did

And they will not sacrifice I would you continue their sacrifice of goats that those sorts follow their ancient law you are to do this for generations.

לשׂעירם

This word is listed in the Strongs numbering system as Hebrew 8163 which displays it is a type of supernatural demoniac. The flaw is the word listed as שָׂעִיר there is another word which matches the Hebrew text שְׂעִירָה this means she goat or kid. The prefix lamed ל means to or for. The Hebrews word ending ים is plural and can be plural male or plural male and female. Leviticus 16:7 to 8 support this interpretation, the word השׂעירם is translated as “the two goats” Leviticus 16:7 to 8. The Hebrew prefix ה means “the”, unless you think God would tell the children of Israel to set a type of demoniac free. Another example of how this perception as demoniac fails is Leviticus 4:24. This part of the law needs an offering for a sin offering, this is not the only case. The majority of examples שׂעיר is shown as goat, unless you think perhaps the children of Israel sacrificed satyrs or demoniac as sin offerings. The other problem with this word being equated to satyrs or a demoniac is satyrs have never been found by mankind, and physical evidence of their existence does not exist. We do have a large variety of fictional works which describe them, and most of it comes from pagan Greece or Roman myths. If satyrs exist or had existed we should find evidence of their bones in Israel because of the sacrifices, and also in the mountainous regions in Babylon and other areas. Let me now remind the reader how much Yhvh hates pagans myths by recalling 1 Kings 13 and 2 Kings 22 and 23. Yhvh hates pagans so much he sent a prophet to prophesy about a king who burnt pagan priests on their own altars. Introducing pagans myth to scripture to a deadly offense in the eyes of Yhvh. Last the idea of anything defiled or unclean being sacrificed on the altar of Yhvh is counter to the teachings of the law. The same word for devil in Leviticus 17:7 is used in chapter 16 describing the 2 goats. This makes it impossible for the word to mean satyr or demonia.

Word of Yhvh Isaiah 13:21

ורבצו שׁם ציים ומלאו בתיהם אחים ושׁכנו שׁם בנות יענה ושׂעירים ירקדו שׁם

(goats shall leap there)

The area of ancient Babylon is on the boarder between Iran and Iraq, and is primarily a wilderness, and a place for shephards. Second all of the Middle East which has unpopulated wilderness areas which are mountainous, have wild goats of different varieties.

Isaiah 34:14 The wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the wild beasts of the island, and the satyr shall cry to his fellow; the screech owl also shall rest there, and find for herself a place of rest.

Word of Yhvh Isaiah 34:14

ופגשׁו ציים את איים ושׂעיר על רעהו יקרא אך שׁם הרגיעה לילית ומצאה לה מנוח

On a side note the language translated as screech owl may not mean this it seems to read “cry to his fellow at night to find his resting place” in the Hebrew or something like this.(clean this up when Hebrew is translated for real)

2 Chronicles 11:15 And he ordained him priests for the high places, and for the devils, and for the calves which he had made.

(How does a person make a devil?)

Leviticus 4:24 And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the goat שׂעיר, and kill it in the place where they kill the burnt offering before the LORD: it is a sin offering.

There are many other places where the word translated “devils” or “saytrs” or “satyr” is translated only as goat. The volume should be evident to the reader the word means goat.

Genesis 37:31, Leviticus 4:23, 4:24, 4:28, 5:6, 9:3, 9:15, 10:16, 16:5, 16:7, 16:8, 16:9, 16:10, 16:15, 16:18, 16:20, 16:21, 16:22, 16:26, 16:27, 23:19, Numbers 7:16, 7:22, 7:28, 7:34, 7:40, 7:46, 7:52, 7:58, 7:64, 7:70, 7:76, 7:82, 7:87, 15:24, 28:15, 28:22, 28:30, 29:5, 29:11, 29:16, 29:19, 29:22, 29:25, 29:28, 29:31, 29:34, 29:38, 2 Chronicles 29:23, Ezekiel 43:22, 43:25, 45:23, Daniel 8:21

To give more comprehension how butchered Strong’s definitions are the other part of the listing for H8163 שׂער is only ever translated in the bible as hair, hairy, barley, or as part of a person’s name, never as goat. If a person could get this wrong, it is very probable the same person could mistranslate goats as devils and saytrs.

זנים

This word listed in the Strong’s numbering system is H2181 זנה as adultery. This word is not in the Hebrew text. The word זן zan H2177 does match, this word with the addition of the suffix ים means sorts or kinds.

The verse in Leviticus in context with the previous verses has nothing to do with devils, to interpret the verse to include devils is a gross error, and this does not match the context of the chapter. The offered interpretation works with the context.

Deuteronomy 32:16 They provoked him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations provoked they him to anger. They sacrificed unto devils , not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not.

Word of Yhvh Deuteronomy 32:16 to 17

יקנאהו בזרים בתועבת יכעיסהו יזבחו לשׁדים לא אלה אלהים לא ידעום חדשׁים מקרב באו לא שׂערום אבתיכם

Psalms 106:36 to 39 And they served their idols: which were a snare unto them. Yea, they sacrificed their sons and their daughters unto devils, And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood. Thus were they defiled with their own works, and went a whoring with their own inventions.

Specifically concerning Jews and the Law and the blessings and Cursings, we need to be above all cognizant of the fact Yhvh is very active in their health and well being. No other race or ethnicity or nation on earth has the blessings of health and prosperity on them if they do righteousness as Yhvh defines it, or curses and destruction if they choose unrighteousness as Yhvh defines it.  There is nothing natural about the Jews in those things, as every detail is manage by Yhvh as listed in the blessings and cursing.

Exodus 23:25

And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

Deuteronomy 7:15

And the LORD will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all them that hate thee.

Deuteronomy 28:61

Also every sickness, and every plague, which is not written in the book of this law, them will the LORD bring upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

Yhvh has complete control over all of these blessings and cursings, and because of this even though those cursing are miserable and destructive, they then cannot be because of a supernatural evil is doing it.  All of these things are of Yhvh, the source of supernatural good, and the punishment of the curses are for sin and lack of faith.

Leviticus 26:14 to 16  “But if you will not listen to me and will not do all these commandments, if you spurn my statutes, and if your soul abhors my rules, so that you will not do all my commandments, but break my covenant, then I will do this to you…

Deuteronomy 28:15  “But if you will not obey the voice of the LORD your God or be careful to do all his commandments and his statutes that I command you today, then all these curses shall come upon you and overtake you.

The most critical factor obviously in this is obedience and acting on what is heard and taught by Yhvh.  If the Jews remained unfaithful, curses. If they slacked in following the commands as they do these days in modern Judaism observing laws in ways which were never meant to be, curses.

Deu 28:1  “And if you faithfully obey the voice of the LORD your God, being careful to do all his commandments that I command you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth.

If then we look at the Gospels and letters of the Apostlwn and read of Jesus’s curing the Jews, and rarely others, saying thy faith has made the whole, or because of faith are you healed, and the context of the curses matches any mos or all of the sickness, disease, lameness, blindness, or demons, or maddness, then we can clearly say a supernatural unrighteousness has no hand in causing these things.  Additionally because Jesus was sent to preach the gospel as God’s Apostlwn, the things he taught and said were commandments and teachings of Yhvh.

Heb 3:1  Therefore, holy brothers, you who share in a heavenly calling, consider Jesus, the apostle and high priest of our confession,

Heb 3:2  who was faithful to him who appointed him, just as Moses also was faithful in all God’s house.

And thus because They did listen and obey one sent by Yhvh they were able to receive cures for the curses they suffered.

Leviticus 26:40 to 46  “But if they confess their iniquity and the iniquity of their fathers in their treachery that they committed against me, and also in walking contrary to me, so that I walked contrary to them and brought them into the land of their enemies—if then their uncircumcised heart is humbled and they make amends for their iniquity, then I will remember my covenant with Jacob, and I will remember my covenant with Isaac and my covenant with Abraham, and I will remember the land. But the land shall be abandoned by them and enjoy its Sabbaths while it lies desolate without them, and they shall make amends for their iniquity, because they spurned my rules and their soul abhorred my statutes. Yet for all that, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not spurn them, neither will I abhor them so as to destroy them utterly and break my covenant with them, for I am the LORD their God. But I will for their sake remember the covenant with their forefathers, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations, that I might be their God: I am the LORD.” These are the statutes and rules and laws that the LORD made between himself and the people of Israel through Moses on Mount Sinai.

It is also necessary to keep in mind, that in the readings in the gospel, unclean spirits and demon or demon possession is considered a thing to be cured or healed and things like the 7 times punishments for wickedness, are in fact referenced by Jesus as 7 times devils or demons.  This is because of the Greek definition of deamon being a destructive spirit or destructive action of a god.

Lev 26:29  And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat.  Deu 28:18  Cursed shall be the fruit of thy body… This has happened multiple times in history, however Josephus records this having happened in his writings on a.d. 70.

Lev 26:33  And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.  Deu 28:25  The LORD shall cause thee to be smitten before thine enemies: thou shalt go out one way against them, and flee seven ways before them: and shalt be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth.   This happened during the first, second, and last exile.  There are bible references for the first 2.
Lev 26:34  Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths. Lev 26:35  As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it.  Israel as a land was pretty much not cultivated while the Jews were gone.  The Arabs and others who lived there were primarily shepherds, or fishermen.
Lev 26:36  And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth. Deu 28:32  …and there shall be no might in thine hand.   It is not spoken of much but modern and past jews in the diaspora have lived in extreme fear of the population that surrounds them.  They are taught from a young age, and shown by the populace that everyone hates them.  The reason Jews are more educated than other ethnicities and races, is because in the event that bad things happen, and to a jew they almost always do, they can go somewhere else and start again with the same knowledge.  From their viewpoint, 1 angry goy is enough to ruin the lives of an entire community, because of Yhvhs curse on them causing hatred to spread.  Constantly living like that causes the level of anxiousness written in these verses.
Lev 26:37  And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies.  The Jews actually did have to fight each other in Goy lands.  It was a requirement of a number of European governments that all male Jews be conscripted to the military.
Lev 26:38  And ye shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.  This happened multiple times, but most notably in the last exile
Lev 26:39(esv)  And those of you who are left shall rot away in your enemies’ lands because of their iniquity, and also because of the iniquities of their fathers they shall rot away like them.  Multiple generations of Jews died in exile in the last exile.
Deu 28:19  Cursed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and cursed shalt thou be when thou goest out. Deu 28:20  The LORD shall send upon thee cursing, vexation, and rebuke, in all that thou settest thine hand unto for to do, until thou be destroyed, and until thou perish quickly; because of the wickedness of thy doings, whereby thou hast forsaken me.Deu 28:29  …and thou shalt not prosper in thy ways: and thou shalt be only oppressed and spoiled evermore, and no man shall save thee.  Except for the last 50 years or so after the ingathering of exiles began, very few jews every became rich, prosperous, or politically powerful for long.  The families who did were often destroyed in the first or second generation.  Not to mention, every Jew constantly gets rebuked by christians for not following christ.  It is their number 1 reason they dislike christianity, because of the constant rebuke.
Deu 28:22  The LORD shall smite thee … with an inflammation…and they shall pursue thee until thou perish.
Deu 28:22  The LORD shall smite thee …with an extreme burning…and they shall pursue thee until thou perish.

Deu 28:22  The LORD shall smite thee …with blasting…and they shall pursue thee until thou perish.
Deu 28:22  The LORD shall smite thee …with mildew; and they shall pursue thee until thou perish.
Deu 28:24  The LORD shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust: from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed. The land of Israel from the exile in A.d. 70 until now has been a barren wasteland whose winds blow east and west constantly.  The sand from the Deserts east of the land of Israel constantly blow sand in every day, until this day.
Deu 28:26  And thy carcase shall be meat unto all fowls of the air, and unto the beasts of the earth, and no man shall fray them away.  Jews have been consistently killed and left unburied during the last exile, and to this day Jews have a cultural habit to bury their own, and retrieve their bodies no matter where they are in the word because of this.
Deu 28:27  The LORD will smite thee with the botch of Egypt…
Deu 28:27  The LORD will smite thee with …the emerods…
Deu 28:27  The LORD will smite thee with…the scab…
Deu 28:27  The LORD will smite thee with …the itch, whereof thou canst not be healed.
Deu 28:28  The LORD shall smite thee with madness… Deu 28:34  So that thou shalt be mad for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt see.   Matthew 8:28And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way. Matthew 8:31So the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine. Matthew 8:33And they that kept them fled, and went their ways into the city, and told every thing, and what was befallen to the possessed of the devils. Mar 5:1  They came to the other side of the sea, to the country of the Gerasenes. Mar 5:2  And when Jesus had stepped out of the boat, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit. Mar 5:3  He lived among the tombs. And no one could bind him anymore, not even with a chain, Mar 5:4  for he had often been bound with shackles and chains, but he wrenched the chains apart, and he broke the shackles in pieces. No one had the strength to subdue him. Mar 5:5  Night and day among the tombs and on the mountains he was always crying out and cutting himself with stones. Mar 5:6  And when he saw Jesus from afar, he ran and fell down before him. Mar 5:7  And crying out with a loud voice, he said, “What have you to do with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I adjure you by God, do not torment me.” Mar 5:8  For he was saying to him, “Come out of the man, you unclean spirit!”Mar 5:9  And Jesus asked him, “What is your name?” He replied, “My name is Legion, for we are many.” Mar 5:10  And he begged him earnestly not to send them out of the country. Mar 5:11  Now a great herd of pigs was feeding there on the hillside, Mar 5:12  and they begged him, saying, “Send us to the pigs; let us enter them.” Mar 5:13  So he gave them permission. And the unclean spirits came out and entered the pigs; and the herd, numbering about two thousand, rushed down the steep bank into the sea and drowned in the sea. Mar 5:14  The herdsmen fled and told it in the city and in the country. And people came to see what it was that had happened. Mar 5:15  And they came to Jesus and saw the demon-possessed man, the one who had had the legion, sitting there, clothed and in his right mind, and they were afraid. Mar 5:16  And those who had seen it described to them what had happened to the demon-possessed man and to the pigs. Mar 5:17  And they began to beg Jesus to depart from their region. Mar 5:18  As he was getting into the boat, the man who had been possessed with demons begged him that he might be with him. Mar 5:19  And he did not permit him but said to him, “Go home to your friends and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.”Mar 5:20  And he went away and began to proclaim in the Decapolis how much Jesus had done for him, and everyone marveled.  Luke 8:27And when he went forth to land, there met him out of the city a certain man, which had devils long time, and ware no clothes, neither abode in any house, but in the tombs. Luke 8:30And Jesus asked him, saying, What is thy name? And he said, Legion: because many devils were entered into him. Luke 8:33Then went the devils out of the man, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the lake, and were choked. Luke 8:35Then they went out to see what was done; and came to Jesus, and found the man, out of whom the devils were departed, sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid. Luke 8:36They also which saw it told them by what means he that was possessed of the devils was healed. Luke 8:38Now the man out of whom the devils were departed besought him that he might be with him: but Jesus sent him away, saying, Luk 8:39  “Return to your home, and declare how much God has done for you.” And he went away, proclaiming throughout the whole city how much Jesus had done for him.  Luk 4:33  And in the synagogue there was a man, which had a spirit of an unclean devil, and cried out with a loud voice, Luk 4:34  Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art; the Holy One of God. Luk 4:35  And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. And when the devil had thrown him in the midst, he came out of him, and hurt him not. Luk 4:36  And they were all amazed, and spake among themselves, saying, What a word is this! for with authority and power he commandeth the unclean spirits, and they come out.  Mar 1:23  And immediately there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit. And he cried out, Mar 1:24  “What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God.” Mar 1:25  But Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be silent, and come out of him!”Mar 1:26  And the unclean spirit, convulsing him and crying out with a loud voice, came out of him.   Act 16:16  And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying: (the greek and roman pagans often worshipped the insane.)
Deu 28:28  The LORD shall smite thee with … blindness… Deu 28:29  And thou shalt grope at noonday, as the blind gropeth in darkness…Mat 9:27  And as Jesus passed on from there, two blind men followed him, crying aloud, “Have mercy on us, Son of David.” Mat 9:28  When he entered the house, the blind men came to him, and Jesus said to them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They said to him, “Yes, Lord.” Mat 9:29  Then he touched their eyes, saying, “According to your faith be it done to you.”Mat 9:30  And their eyes were opened. And Jesus sternly warned them, “See that no one knows about it.”Mat 9:31  But they went away and spread his fame through all that district.
Deu 28:28  The LORD shall smite thee with … astonishment of heart:
Deu 28:30  Thou shalt betroth a wife, and another man shall lie with her… During the last exile, it was common in Europe for the kings and Lord’s of the land to have laws requiring Jewish women to spend the first night of their marriage with the lord of that land instead of their husbands.  There were also laws in those days in various places stating all Jewish women were to be used, treated as, and labeled as adulteresses and whores. This is the primary cause for rabbinical Judaism to switch from a patriarchal lineage structure to a primarily matriarchal descendancy structure except concerning Levites and the lineage of Davidic kings.
Deu 28:30  …thou shalt build an house, and thou shalt not dwell therein… This has happened a lot to the Jews in the most recent exile.  Most recent and notably after the holocaust, German and Polish families moved into Jewish homes.  Legal battles and reparations are still being made concerning this.  It is not uncommon in other parts of the world either, especially in places with Islam.
Deu 28:30  …thou shalt plant a vineyard, and shalt not gather the grapes thereof.  Deu 28:39  Thou shalt plant vineyards, and dress them, but shalt neither drink of the wine, nor gather the grapes; for the worms shall eat them.
Deu 28:18  Cursed shall be the fruit of thy body… Luk 9:37  On the next day, when they had come down from the mountain, a great crowd met him. Luk 9:38  And behold, a man from the crowd cried out, “Teacher, I beg you to look at my son, for he is my only child. Luk 9:39  And behold, a spirit seizes him, and he suddenly cries out. It convulses him so that he foams at the mouth, and shatters him, and will hardly leave him. Luk 9:40  And I begged your disciples to cast it out, but they could not.” Luk 9:41  Jesus answered, “O faithless and twisted generation, how long am I to be with you and bear with you? Bring your son here.”Luk 9:42  While he was coming, the demon threw him to the ground and convulsed him. But Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit and healed the boy, and gave him back to his father. Luk 9:43  And all were astonished at the majesty of God. But while they were all marveling at everything he was doing, Jesus said to his disciples,
Deu 28:32  Thy sons and thy daughters shall be given unto another people, and thine eyes shall look, and fail with longing for them all the day long… Deu 28:41  Thou shalt beget sons and daughters, but thou shalt not enjoy them; for they shall go into captivity.
Deu 28:35  The LORD shall smite thee in the knees, and in the legs… Acts 8:7For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed.
Deu 28:35  The LORD shall smite thee…with a sore botch that cannot be healed, from the sole of thy foot unto the top of thy head.
Deu 28:36  The LORD shall bring thee, and thy king which thou shalt set over thee, unto a nation which neither thou nor thy fathers have known; and there shalt thou serve other gods, wood and stone.
Deu 28:37  And thou shalt become an astonishment, a proverb, and a byword, among all nations whither the LORD shall lead thee.
Deu 28:40  Thou shalt have olive trees throughout all thy coasts, but thou shalt not anoint thyself with the oil; for thine olive shall cast his fruit.
Deu 28:43  The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high; and thou shalt come down very low. Deu 28:44  He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him: he shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail.  The happened most specifically at a.d. 70, and perhaps to a more limited extent the previous 2 exiles.  At a.d. 70 all surviving Jews were enslaved.  The Romans took and destroyed everything and besieged Jerusalem until they were eating each other.  The odd thing is, even though the romans ruled, very few who lived under them actually understood or spoke latin.  The jews in the land of Israel in particular new and spoke Greek, and the new testament itself is an example of verse 49 being fulfilled.
Deu 28:47  Because thou servedst not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things; Deu 28:48  Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee. Deu 28:49  The LORD shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand; Deu 28:50  A nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the person of the old, nor shew favour to the young: Deu 28:51  And he shall eat the fruit of thy cattle, and the fruit of thy land, until thou be destroyed: which also shall not leave thee either corn, wine, or oil, or the increase of thy kine, or flocks of thy sheep, until he have destroyed thee. Deu 28:52  And he shall besiege thee in all thy gates, until thy high and fenced walls come down, wherein thou trustedst, throughout all thy land: and he shall besiege thee in all thy gates throughout all thy land, which the LORD thy God hath given thee. Deu 28:53  And thou shalt eat the fruit of thine own body, the flesh of thy sons and of thy daughters, which the LORD thy God hath given thee, in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee: Deu 28:54  So that the man that is tender among you, and very delicate, his eye shall be evil toward his brother, and toward the wife of his bosom, and toward the remnant of his children which he shall leave: Deu 28:55  So that he will not give to any of them of the flesh of his children whom he shall eat: because he hath nothing left him in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee in all thy gates. Deu 28:56  The tender and delicate woman among you, which would not adventure to set the sole of her foot upon the ground for delicateness and tenderness, her eye shall be evil toward the husband of her bosom, and toward her son, and toward her daughter, Deu 28:57  And toward her young one that cometh out from between her feet, and toward her children which she shall bear: for she shall eat them for want of all things secretly in the siege and straitness, wherewith thine enemy shall distress thee in thy gates. Deu 28:58  If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this book, that thou mayest fear this glorious and fearful name, THE LORD THY GOD;
Luk 6:17  And he came down with them and stood on a level place, with a great crowd of his disciples and a great multitude of people from all Judea and Jerusalem and the seacoast of Tyre and Sidon, Luk 6:18  who came to hear him and to be healed of their diseases. And those who were troubled with unclean spirits were cured. Luk 6:19  And all the crowd sought to touch him, for power came out from him and healed them all.  Acts 5:16There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one. Acts 8:7For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed.
Deu 28:62  And ye shall be left few in number, whereas ye were as the stars of heaven for multitude; because thou wouldest not obey the voice of the LORD thy God.

Not relevant to jews. But shown unclean spirits are deamons in the new testament.

Mar 7:25  But immediately a woman whose little daughter had an unclean spirit heard of him and came and fell down at his feet.

Mar 7:26  Now the woman was a Gentile, a Syrophoenician by birth. And she begged him to cast the demon out of her daughter.

Mar 7:27  And he said to her, “Let the children be fed first, for it is not right to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.”

Mar 7:28  But she answered him, “Yes, Lord; yet even the dogs under the table eat the children’s crumbs.”

Mar 7:29  And he said to her, “For this statement you may go your way; the demon has left your daughter.”

These verses are very relevant to the argument, because in the Greek it specifically states the apostlwn were given the power of or over unclean spirits so they could cast them out. Interestingly enough, it does not call this specific power over evil, wickedness, or unrighteousness, simply uncleanness, or over that which is not consecrated.  Though Jesus clearly states later it is one of the powers from God, and in Mark 6 this is rephrased a different way in the Greek but with the same meaning.

Mat 10:1  And he called to him his twelve disciples and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every disease and every affliction.

Mar 6:7  And he called the twelve and began to send them out two by two, and gave them authority over the unclean spirits.

Mark 1:23 to 27 substantiates this with the general populace wondering at Jesus’ power to command demons and devils.  The man and unclean spirit together professing Jesus to be the saint of God. As does Mark 3:11 to 13 with the unclean spirits or deamons politely professing Jesus as the Son of God.  In all cases in the New Testament the unclean spirits or demons are in fact polite, courteous, and obedient, which is the polar opposite of what enemies actually do.

Mar 3:11  And whenever the unclean spirits saw him, they fell down before him and cried out, “You are the Son of God.”

Mar 3:12  And he strictly ordered them not to make him known.

Mar 3:13  And he went up on the mountain and called to him those whom he desired, and they came to him.

Luk 4:34  “Ha! What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God.”

Luk 4:35  But Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be silent and come out of him!” And when the demon had thrown him down in their midst, he came out of him, having done him no harm.

Luk 4:36  And they were all amazed and said to one another, “What is this word? For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out!”

This final section is a check in the old testament and comparison of all the recorded sicknesses to see how many are listed as natural and how many are specifically from Yhvh.  The comparison is only to see if the old testament is consistent in recording sicknesses in a certain way.  For instance if we find that say sicknesses of ages below 70 are from Yhvh, then we can perhaps draw a conclusion that after certain old ages the curses may or may not be applied, or that old ages produces a set variation of illnesses as we know happens in this modern time, because of Yhvh limiting the human lifespan.  This is especially important among Jews, because showing the consistency of Yhvh in record keeping and comparison to new testament records may help some individuals attain greater faith.
